The 13^th of May was a happy day for Hawee Industrial Construction when it was informed of wining the contract with the amount of 245 billion for initial work items in 2017 under “Tan A Ha Nam Factory” Project invested by Tan A Dai Thanh Group. On May 15, at Hawee IDC, Leadership of Hawee Group and relevant departments held a kick off meeting to give an overview for the new project as well as plan to adjust and allocate resources for the upcoming project. Tan A Ha Nam factory is built in Kien Khe Industrial Zone, Thanh Lien district, Ha Nam, on an area of 136,800 m2, with a total floor area of over 70,000 m2 (construction density of 51.57%), including such items as Water Heater Factory, Solar Water Purifier Factory, Canteen, Internal Roads and other auxiliary items. Expectedly, the project will be handed over in the first quarter of 2018. Perspective of Tan A Ha Nam Factory Project designed by Hawee In this project, entire piles, foundations, factory building, steel structures, internal roads, and exterior infrastructure will be directly designed and constructed by Hawee. With the idea of ​​designing a “green factory”, Hawee not only focuses on quality of the factory’s operation, but also cares for construction landscape, creating environmentally friendly work spaces, using natural light as much as possible to reduce forced lighting. With respect to construction issues such as soft ground, which is prone to subsidence, Hawee is especially cautious in providing optimal and flexible solutions for each area: For example, designing internal roads around the factory also considers daily travel of 40 foot containers, and material warehouse is designed by Hawee’s engineers to extend that it has a load-bearing platform suitable for large capacity of forklifts transporting steel rolls into warehouse... The layout of functional areas is especially paid much attention so that all locations of each area are logically distributed, maximally facilitating the production line, relevant departments (QC, QA, etc.) as well as staff movement when the factory is too wide.

By winning the contract for construction of Tan A factory, Hawee IDC further affirmed its reputation in Industrial Construction. With its effort, expertise and experience, following the successful cooperation with “great mandarin” Federal Mogul (USA) in building its Factory in Haiphong, Hawee IDC defeated lots of big competitors to make a miracle. The new project has been concerned and directly involved in the early days of preparation by Hawee leadership to create outstanding and everlasting quality facilities.
