On June 03-04, 2017, in Thung Nham, Ninh Binh, Hawee IDC successfully organized a Team Building program called “Power Connection Journey” with the goal of bringing together members as well as promoting teamwork spirit, building a team for sustainable development. Hawee IDC officers before joining the journey Although IDC members started the journey in the two hottest days in the North for 40 years, with Hawee spirit and strong will, 50 members were determined to join activities of the program. Team Building consists of 2 parts: Army style team games and connecting gala diner. At the beginning, General Director of Hawee Group - Mr. Duong Xuan De shared that the teambuilding program was new to Hawee Group and Hawee IDC was the first company to experience it. Therefore, he wished all to try their best and overcome every barrier to jointly promote their own strengths well as collective power. General Director of Hawee Group - Mr. Duong Xuan De delivered a speech to encourge “soldiers” Team Building in the afternoon took place in the sun at 42^oC. Members were divided into 4 teams. First, teams underwent kick-off and formed K91 enforcement teams (to parade and go through fire wall). After that, teams must complete 4 challenges in 4 areas arranged by organizer:

• Station 1: Go through minefield – showing solidarity and finesse
• Station 2: Fill Chau Mai hole – having effective tactics
• Station 3: Cross Tunnel and supply food – showing finesse and swiftness
• Station 4: Overcome wire ladder - challenging courage

  Upon overcoming all stations, each team was given puzzle pieces to find treasure of the program which was a banner & a crystal cup. Thanks to their enthusiasm, creativity and solidarity, Team 1 had convincing victory. By the end of the afternoon, all members shared the same “tired but happy” feeling. They refreshed themselves to prepare for evening Gala. Members felt as if they had been taking part in a cultural exchange with wartime performers. Just leaving a flight from Danang to Hanoi, Chairman of Hawee Group- Mr. Trinh Van Ha moved immediately to Thung Nham to be present at the Gala with all Hawee IDC members. Gala Dinner Songs performed by Hawee Music Club and Hawee IDC employees created a memorable show, touching every heart. More specifically, the Gala was held on  birthday of Hawee Group Chairman. All present members sang the song dedicated to him, followed by candle blowing part to celebrate the birthday for those born in June. Hawee’s Team Building program with the theme of “Power Connection Journey” ended in the applause, hugs and smiles of all members. Surely this possitively helps create a united Hawee IDC whose members always support each other. Hopefully Hawee IDC will gain much success in the coming time.
