Having appearing in Vietnam since 2013, with over 5000 square meters of office and factory space, Federal Mogul (Vietnam) Ltd. factory specializes in manufacture of protective products for automotive wiring and components. Over nearly four years of operation in Vietnam, Federal Mogul has intended to expand the factory to approximately doubling its capacity to meet today’s increasing output requirements. Factory To build the 3-storey office building with an floor area of more than 700m2, Hawee IDC will dismantle the former tiled part and gypsum ceiling and make the new ones; divide the office by gypsum walls; fabricate and erect new doors, windows and glass walls; provide carpets; conduct both interior and exterior finishes; construct elevated floor system of Server room; and execute Federal Mogul’s logo and brand identity system. Hawee engineers are working on Site Nowadays, pre-engineered steel buildings are used for over 70% of industrial projects because of their superiority as well as fast construction and Federal Mogul factory is not an exception. On a floor area of 4000m2, Hawee IDC will build rooms of the factory such as QA room, maintenance room and air compressor room. It will be in charge of erecting the system of doors, windows and glass for rooms as well as fire doors; gypsum ceiling and epoxy painting for the floor. In addition to the construction part, Hawee IDC will complete M & E sector of the factory with a full range of electrical, HVAC and water supply and drainage systems, etc. In particular, entire switchboard system will be directly made at Hawee factory in a process standardized to international standards. Having its own factory, Hawee is capable of design and manufacture according to customer’s specific requirements. It is expected that Federal Mogul (Vietnam) Ltd. Factory will be handed over on May 31, 2017.
