Incorporated with the mission to be a world-class Design and Build contractor, Hawee IDC has been trusted by numerous large investors. To achieve the goal, Hawee IDC has attached a great focus on comprehensive development, ready to provide overall solutions for the projects from design and build (D & B) phases to supply of products and services for plants’ M & E systems. As a member of Hawee Group and despite the reputable M&E contractor Hawee ME, Hawee IDC has its own qualified and experienced M&E staff in accordance with Hawee Group’s standards. In addition to M&E categories included in the D & B contracts, Hawee IDC carries out individual M&E packages in the industrial engineering field. Gentherm Vietnam Plant located in Dong Van II Industrial Park, Duy Tien District, Ha Nam Province, owned by a U.S investor is the first project executed by Hawee IDC. This is an automobile air conditioner manufacturing plant constructed in an area of over 20,000 square meters. Within this project, Hawee IDC was responsible for fabrication and installation of electromechanical systems from late 2014 and successfully completed delivery after 6 months of execution.

The two big groups in Vietnam namely Hoa Sen Group and Hoa Phat Group are also Hawee IDC’s partners in M&E works for plant construction/expansion projects. Hawee IDC successfully handed over Hoa Sen Nghe An Plant this May and has continued the design, line construction and installation, 35kV switchboard, 3000kV substation and steel pipe workshop categories for Hoa Sen Yen Bai Plant, expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2018. Further, the final stages of the M&E systems for Hoa Phat Color Coated Steel Sheet Plant are about to be completed by Hawee IDC to meet the delivery deadline this December, ensuring that the plant goes into operation as scheduled by the investor.

Recently, Hawee IDC has entered into a contract to design, supply goods, construct and install the entire 22kV power supply system and substation for Toan Phat copper pipe plant, Pho Noi A Industrial Zone, Van Lam, Hung Yen. With qualified and experienced human resources, proper construction organization and Hawee standard construction methods, Hawee IDC is confident to further bring about a successful project to the investor.
