In contrast to the recent harshest hot weather at peak in the past 40 years, making people tired and sluggish, an urgent and enthusiastic atmosphere was found at Hawee IDC executive board office in preparation for initial works: foundation and piling construction of Tan A Factory on June 15. Hawee IDC completed design drawings to construct Tan A Factory Piling construction will take place within 45 days, including 02 phases of pilot piling and pile testing and then mass piling. During piling, technical staff will adjust machine so that standard foam on cabin is in the middle, leading the machine to be in balanced state. Also, before piling, the press will be tested for its stability when loaded and unloaded. An extremely important point in this phase is diary to record the piling process. Information to be recorded includes first pressure force, pressure force per meter or section down to soil, depth and changes in pressure force at each sudden increase or decrease of pressure gauge. Discussions on pile and foundation drawings For foundation item, excavator with a bucket capacity of 0.7m3 will be used to reach level being 20 cm higher than the foundation bottom. Manual excavation will then be done to the bottom. Depth and dimensions of pile grating and foundation girder will be corrected manually. Prior to moving to next work, tamping rammers will be used to level the ground. All excavated soil will be transported by truck carefully covered out of site and poured to designated place, in accordance with requirements of safety, environmental sanitation and industrial hygiene. Discussions on design drawings In order to ensure accuracy of the works at site against the approved drawings, geodimeters will be available for positioning the works and the surveyors will be regularly present to monitor cos central lines, marker posts and levels of the works during implementation.
