This redirection creates a huge challenge for PMs when the role of PM in winning construction contracts is huge. Hundreds of large projects by Hawee as General M&E Contractor was implemented successfully by Hawee’s PMs. The problem posed for Hawee now is how PMs can confidently present about their qualifications, true capabilities, practical experience and effective project implementation plans to conquer owners.
The PM Project Interview Training Program is well-designed and in-depth to accompany Hawee’s PMs to overcome this challenge with 2 stages:
Stage 1: All PMs practice presenting themselves and 01 project they like the most.
Phase 2: The selected PMs will practice preparing to participate in the actual project interview
At the opening ceremony of the PM Interview Training Program, Chairman Trinh Van Ha and General Director Duong Xuan De all shared the same point of view and especially emphasized the urgency of the Program for the current PM and expressed the expectation and confidence in the competence of Hawee’s PMs as well as the success of this Training Program.
During the first training sessions, despite being busy with project management, the Hawee’s PMs still endeavored to prepare their presentations in the best way. The presentations were very professionally, initially showing the remarkable effects of the training program.
